Nvidia 181.22 WHQL and 185.20 Beta Driver Comparison and Analysis
"Second article of the year! Comparing the recently granted status of WHQL from Microsoft on the 181.22 set with the next latest set, the 185.20 Beta’s. This analysis will include the new resolutions and the current setup to test each set. Both sets include the latest PhysX driver set, although in all of the tests the PhysX setting is going to remain disabled (as it will skew results regarding synthetic tests and test stability). Another point to test is to see if WHQL actually means anything, perhaps frame rate based testing (or image quality testing) can show any difference? I'll leave you to be the judge of that."
